Work Area includes:
Facilitate administrative support to complement efforts of clinical and paramedical specialities
Process study, mapping and implementation in co-ordination with respective departments
Financial and operational performance analysis and interpretation basis key metrics
Ensure Implementation of action points decided on deviations and shortfall in performance
Support clinical teams in standardization of key clinical procedures across the group
Involved in effective and swift execution of strategic initiatives to improve business performance either by incremental revenue, optimize cost and enhance service delivery
Handle high yielding initiatives improving top line and involving respective stakeholders by modulating the current process and breaking the bottlenecks
Involved in preparation of annual budget plan in consultation with respective stakeholders
Assist each facility head in preparing annual CAPEX and budget also review the procurement status of key equipments
Spearheading operational and financial feasibility studies for high end and high cost equipments, and assist senior management in decision making on group hospital CAPEX
Co-ordinate infrastructure needs for smooth function, services, operational requirements, and capital equipment installations for expansion or renovation projects.
Co-ordinate with biomedical team and external vendors to reduce key equipment down time in radiology, laboratory and critical areas
Monitor timely renewal of licenses and certificates
Contribute to the development of the green-field facility operational plan
Communicate and support implementation of business strategies decided by top management
Support in resolving patient concerns and complaints
Provide productivity improvement solutions for underutilized equipments and facilities
Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of assigned projects
Work along with business development team to execute strategic plans and facilitate its sync with operations and service delivery support
Key data support during investment due diligence
Analyse quality indicators with purpose to optimize cost to patient and cost to hospital
Comparative evaluation of business proposals and suggest opinion for decision making
Interact with key clinical teams for feedback on operations management efficiency & improvement areas
Identify process improvement areas - pilot in a facility, roll out across the group and monitor
Preparation of MIS, data sheets and presentations
