Academic position involved in training of the undergraduate MBBS students in my specialty subject, besides research and professional update through the workshops, conferences and trainings.
Contributing towards the corporate responsibilities by participating in the medical camps etc.
The main role is academic, involved in teaching, evaluating the students and guiding them in their research endeavors.
Through the e-learning imparting them the newer concepts of management of patients under care of the specialty of obstetrics and gynaecology
A senior academic appointment, involving teaching, administration and supervisory role as the head of the teaching department of Obstetrics & Gynecology in a medical school.
I also have the responsibility for curriculum development for the clinical teaching of the subject of obstetrics & gynecology.

In addition to the academic role as an Associate Professor in Obstetrics & Gynecology, was the clinical co-ordinator for the MBBS program, responsible to oversee the clinical training .
As a pioneer faculty organized the new department as per the guidelines of Medical Council of India. Led the department from the front in all spheres of responsibility be it clinical, academic or administrative. The process of accreditation by MCI was successfully done after one year of establishing the department of Obstetrics & Gynecology
Established the department and gave it a concrete standing in a relatively new medical college.
Responsible for delivering maternal and child health care for defence families at various medical establishments under ministry of defence in India.
Reached the position of Head of Department in a tertiary level hospital, where training for post graduate degree is imparted.
Clinical role as a Consultant in OBG, Administrative role as the head of department to ensure smooth day to day working in all spheres of health care, teaching and training of the junior doctors in the department, To plan and execute the teaching program for the post-graduate training in addition to the in service up skilling of the staff.
