Employment after retirement from Uttar Pradesh Provincial Medical Services worked as-1-ASSISTANT STATE PROGRAMME OFFICER / EPIDEMIOLOGIST under RNTCP at STATE Level / State Health Society (TB), Directorate of Health Services, Satpura Bhavan, Madhya Pradesh, BHOPAL since 08 November, 2011 to 04-04-2014 .
2- Medical Director/ Medical Superintendent for a Multispeciality Hospital (for Oil Refinery) at BINA- M.P. (India) for 1 Year till 01-06-2016.
My Experiences about Monitoring / Evaluation & Supervision / Training Activities:
1-Experienced in Imparting training to Medical officers, Staff Nurses & paramedical workers about the Infection Prevention & Hospital Waste Management as District Project Manager, UPHSDP, Jhansi and to ANMs of PHC / CHCs about the National Leprosy Eradication Programme as District Leprosy Officer, for 8 years.
2-Experience of Supervision & Monitoring of District T.B. Control Programme & Regular clinical activities for cure of T.B. patients as District T.B. Officer & Senior District T.B. Officer for 14 years
3-Experience of Supervision & Monitoring of Medical & Health care & Family welfare activities along with Prevention of Food Adulteration activities in the District as Dy. Chief Medical Officer for 7 years.
4-Experienced in Finance & Accounts Controlling, Budget planning & Preparation & other activities and exercised the Powers of Drawing and Disbursing during the Govt. Service for the period of about 36 years i.e. Jan. 1974 to Oct.2009 in U.P.

7- Experienced in Supervision & Management of 30 Bedded Multispeciality Hospital at VK BORL Hospital, BINA (M.P.) w.e.f. 16th May, 2015 to till date.

These activities were conducted during the period 11-07-1979 to 31-10-2009 in the capacity of D.T.O./Senior D.T.O., Medical Superintendent, Dy. Chief Medical Officer, District Project Manager(UPHSDP) and D.L.O. (Joint Director-Grade I), Jhansi(U.P.) as per guide lines of NTCP/ NLEP & State TB/ Leprosy Officer / WHO Co-Ordinator.
1-Technical Training to Medical Officers-PHCs / Medical Superintendents-CHC
2- Proper and timely supervision & monitoring of different activities to improve the performance of the National Health Programme in the area of jurisdiction-District Jhansi, Banda & Bahraich through frequent field visits to Peripheral Health Institutions.
3- Technical Training to Pharmacists / Health Supervisors / Health Workers
4- Organized & conducted various IEC Activities related to National Health Programmes
5- Planning, Organizing & Management of meetings for review of the outputs of the activities of the Programmes at specified time-Monthly / Quarterly intervals in the Institutions- CHCs / PHCs & On job training to all concerned as per the need.
