Heading the marketing and business development of Avivo healthcare group in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. Leading the marketing team of a hospital and two medical centers which are the assets of Avivo in Abu Dhabi. This is a new hospital started on May 2017. Developed the new marketing team here and launched the marketing for this hospital. Focused on improving the hospital brand and reaching out to new territories. Actively pursuing various channels like Corporate & Government tieups, Referral marketing, Medical tourism, Social media marketing, Media advertising, Events, PR, and Telemarketing. Reached breakeven well ahead of the deadline and successfully achieved the projected revenue targets.
Formulating the Marketing strategies and branding plan in accordance to the policy of this JCI accredited and ISO certified hospital. Designing & handling the PR strategy and activities for the hospital. Taking care of all advertising and publishing material of the hospital like flyers, brochures, information booklet and other related materials. Leading and executing various activities planned such as CMES, workshops camps, patient education program, referral marketing, pre-employment health screening etc. Periodic report generation and submission. Succeeded in expanding corporate tieups vastly. ATL & BTL was implemented effectively. Achieved a revenue growth of 120% during the tenure. Responsible for P&L.
Launching of healthcare products. Tie ups with corporate, TPAs and Insurance companies. Traditional and digital media marketing for hospitals & clinics. International marketing for health tourism. Referral marketing. Organising CMEs, events and promotions. Creative handling. Making the PR strategy. Increasing the brand awareness. Achieved 55% revenue growth and two new clinics reached break even. Succeeded in corporate tie-ups with Mercedes Benz, Sony software, Apollo tyres, Travancore pesticides, United Healthcare, Equinox gym etc. Annual budgeting, cost controlling, Ensure compliance with respect to various SOPs of the departments as well as regulatory & statutory compliance. Ensuring process flow of the clinics. Managing day to day operations of clinics. Co-ordinating various departments like HR, Administration, Purchase and stores. Crisis management. Liasoning with statutory authorities for licenses like municipality, Labour Office, PF/ESI Office & other Govt. offices. Handling people issues, grievance redressal. Responsible for revenue targets and reporting to the Executive Director.
The responsibilities included marketing of the project. Completed the implementation, running and marketing of new wings in two hospitals. The marketing activities turned out to be an immediate success and after the completion, break even was achieved 4 months prior to the projected time.
Worked as freelance project consultant for various healthcare organizations. The work mainly included the budgeting, implementing, staffing and marketing of the projects.
