• Meeting with prospective client to discuss and establish qualification requirements and terms and condition of employment.
• Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them in social media accounts.
• Lead the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing, talent recruiting and acquisition to interview preparation, offer negotiation and on-boarding.
• Gathering all the necessary documents of the hired worker.
• Tracking all the on-boarding candidates. Overseas:
• Meeting with prospective client to discuss and establish qualification requirements and terms and condition of employment.
• Collaborating with overseas partners all over Asia (Philippines, India, Nepal, Indonesia, Bhutan, Kyrgyzstan, Sri Lanka, ect.) to fill the manpower request of the client.
• Discussing the processing time for deploying staff overseas.
• Gather all the required document to prepare a demand letter for their choice of country.
• Email to the counterpart agency the demand request and the qualifications of the company.
• Arrange the interview schedule to the company.
• Track all the hired candidates in our databased.
