* Maintaining accurate statistical and financial records.
* Creating and analyzing reports, direct daily reporting to leadership.
* Overseeing pricing, stock control and inventory counting.
* Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including
motivating staff to do so.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
* Preparing promotional materials and displays.

* Full HR lifecycle management including coaching, promoting and
benchmarking.
* Development and optimization of store strategy in line the market
performance and brand’s vision.
* Management of stock levels and making decisions about stock control
following Group procedures.
* Maximazing store profitability by performance development and
opitimizing cost.
* Assisting the Store Manager on daily operations efficiently and effectively
for brand image.
* Achieving store performance on sales, stock management and cost control.
* Coordinating with the line managers and product team for sales strategies
implementation.
* Maintaining good customer service in fast-paced shopping environment.
* Ensuring products are correctly replenished, merchandised and displayed
based on VM guidelines.
