 Manage the management information system capacity building profile including training, knowledge transfer, assessment and evaluation.
 Conduct technical and business specific training for CSO's include but not limited to: MS project, MS Access, MIS fundamentals for Civil Society, e-learning fundamentals, Information risk assessment/analysis and data analysis
 Assist CSO is on establishing IT/IS unit with regard to job description, duties, work plan and budgeting.
 Responsible of developing ICT projects including different main tasks such as ( defining project scope, tendering,
system/gap analysis, Acceptance test, piloting, training, installation, reporting and project completion.
 Manage four Permanent ICT team plus two Temporary ICT consultant and four ICT subcontractors.
 Conduct training workshops for M&E Data Analysis.
 Conduct training workshops for MIS and database application development
 Provide technical assistance on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) the information management for more than 30 CSOs along Egypt.
 Provide technical management and administration to USAID portfolio grantees web based database.
 Provide statistical and management reports for ECSS and USAID counterparts.
 Supervise the IT internal issues for ECSS premises with direct supervision for one Technical support engineer.
 Design and implement MIS assessment for more than 20 CSO.
 Perform monitoring and evaluation for MIS activity covering 36 MIS indicators.
 Perform full administration and design to www.ngoconnect.net/egypt including resources and communication management.
 Provide administration and technical support for e-learning web site www.ecssel.org including subscription, contents, learning management.
 Perform administration; provide technical assistance and training for the web SharePoint using MS SharePoint 2010.

 Responsible for IT services planning, Covering 12 water and wastewater companies.
 Manage IT procurement budget for purchasing HW infrastructure and SW applications.
 Participate in the Human Resource Development (HRD) team; specifically for evaluating IT personnel.
 Manage the IT training activity within the project scope.
 Participate in capacity building & business plan for HCWW and its subsidiaries from the IT perspective.
 Report on IT activates to IT Sector Manager in Washington DC, USA on Monthly basis.
 Supervise the USAID contracts with several IT vendors, including the implementation financial, commercial, engineering, operation & Maintenance software applications and installing HW and networking infrastructure in 12 water & sewer co. in Upper Egypt and Delta covering the Headquarter, branch and station levels.
 Member of HCWW IT committee in developing IT Master plan year 2010-2020.
 Implement/design IT reform plan for 12 water & sewer co. in Upper Egypt and Delta.
 Responsible for developing IT procedure manual with Dutch Aid (GTZ), to be implemented in the holding company and its subsidiaries.
 Participate as USAID representative in the Holding company IT steering committee for planning and evaluating IT software application for managing the Egyptian water & wastewater sector.
 Develop the software quality standards for developing in-house software applications in HCWW IT Department.
 Responsible of providing the IT consultation for 6 subsidiaries while installing various HI-Tech Hardware devices range from Blade servers to line printers.
 Responsible for developing terms of reference, RFI, RFP, RFQ for procuring IT Hardware and Software including outsourcing contracts.
 Responsible of implementing in-house developed application “MASTER” specialized in assets maintenance management System in 9 utilities covering more than 70 water and wastewater plants.
 Provide training for engineers/technician on application operation and administration.
 Responsible of providing the IT consultation for 6 subsidiaries while implementing Financial and HR software applications

 Develop Test Cases/Scenarios for Water utilities Business life cycle.
 Manage 3 QA officers (2 Egyptians & 1 Lebanon).
 Manage a project in Dar El-Salaam Water and sewer co. (DAWASCO), Tanzania. Under the supervision of World Bank with total budget (1, 350, 000$).
 Responsible for managing a project in Pietrminsberg, South Africa including implantation, training and support for one year contract.
 Provide Training & Consultation for Kitwe water company, Zambia for enhancing business procedures and build numerous management reports that effect top management decision making.
 Responsible for launching three major versions for ERP system and its updates.
 Preparing and formulating full Documentation system for Quality Assurance structure concerning the HQ in Cyprus.
 Manage the Pilot test for several SW products.
 Accomplished and received a certificate of honor for the QA achievements during application testing period.
 Manage contract extension (355, 000$) for Maintenance & Operations Purposes.
 Responsible for testing & lunching new versions of SW and run full testing cycle based on USAID roles and standards for Software.
 Responsible for handover complete package of SW for three water utilities in three governorates in Middle Egypt including documentation and manuals for different modules such as (User Guide, Modules Manuals, Work books, Data Dictionary).
 Ensure proper communication with customers and the operational teams.
 Managing 6 seniors/Juniors Support engineers in different sites with more than 17 technicians based on team work roles.
 Establish the training methodology among North Africa & Middle East Regions.
 Responsible for establishing training center based on Cairo, include state-of-the-art training equipments.
 Supervising 6 Technical Instructors and 3 Business instructors.
 Managing Training Center Administration which includes (attendance sheets, Certification, food, beverage and data show).
 Setup Company’s workshops, seminars and lunches.
 Responsible for Evaluating, Solving and logging reported problems versus business impacts.
 Participate in studying the new business requirements and its impact towards the application and business process model.
 Participate in preparing the IT sector plan 2003-2010 super high way of information to three water companies based on enabling e-billing systems as a part of the national project of the Egyptian electronic government.

 Supervising a team of engineers and technicians for supporting 126 users, 23 printers, 8hubs, 2 switches and 5 servers covering 2 sites.
 Negotiate technical support planning with the IT manager / chairman to prepare for the super high way of information up to 2006.
 Assess and research Users needs with regards to technology solutions.
 Participate in system analysis and design using MAN® methodology in different manufacturing, finance, Marketing and HR applications.
