Total years of experience :21 years, 9 Months
I was one of the founding members of GRAMMES Architects so I am involved in design, documentation and construction of a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial, to retail, both private and corporate, from the very beginning of the firm. Starting from conceptual design, to documentation and construction details, my role expanded through all the aspects of design and collaboration with other disciplines. My field of expertise ranges from CAD planning for residential and mixed use development, to 3D modeling of the finished project, with a great understanding of current trends in architectural design.
I have worked as an instructor of free-hand drawing both for "TO ERGASTIRI" in Thessaloniki and privately in Larissa. I was in charge of teaching pencil drawing to future students of architecture in need of the creating design concepts and sketch presentations. My work demanded long hours of concentration and preporation for the young pupils I was educating. It was deeply fulfilling but when I was more involved with GRAMMES Architects, I had to concentrate to the firm.
Mainly in design and sales of specific woodwork and wooden constructions. During my collaboration I was able to close deals with firms like GP AVAX, TEDRA and I dealt with implementation studies of woodwork in Olympic projects such as: Olympic Rowing, Olympic Canoe-Kayak and Olympic Velodrome. Over the 2 and a half years of working with the stuff of EUROCO we achieved a growth of almost 50% mainly supported by my efforts and were able to move the company to its new building witch was also supervised by me, during its final stage.
