Project Planning & Management/ Process Re-engineering Ascertaining the requirement of upgrading machinery and in accordance developing new machines for enhancing productivity. Ensuring execution of activities / projects within the allocated time & budgetary parameters. Analyzing various processes & recommending modifications to enhance operational / process efficiency. Maintenance Operations Tracking daily breakdowns, implementing preventive maintenance programs to improve the efficiency of the equipment undergoing maintenance thereby reducing operational & machinery downtime to minimum. Directing the maintenance team; monitoring expenses for ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
