Furthermore, I have had the opportunity to supervise over 100 undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD dissertations and research projects, providing valuable guidance and support to the students throughout their academic journey.
• As an Advisor, review and endorse proposals and staff publications (in high impact journals) as well offer the office of the President and VP advice on how to resolve research-related issues.

• For the Economic Analysis & Policy Department of the UK Ministry of Defence, developed statistical/econometric models for economic forecasting, communicated data, and offered advice on manpower modelling, tri-services forecasting, and retention issues.
• Partnered with two other Economists to influence how the government responded to the vital public policy challenges by collecting and analysing economic data, providing advice on policy options, and preparing essential briefings.
• As a Principal Investigator, for a $7K (USD) Saudi NGO project, entitled “An analysis of demand and supply of religious products from five Muslims countries, drafted and submitted research proposals, designed and distributed surveys to five Muslim countries, analysed data, and prepared reports and policy briefs that outlined findings.
• Served as a Co-Principal Investigator for a $100K (USD) collaborative project - Harvard University (USA) and Saudi Ministry of Labour - entitled “A pilot study of occupational choices in Saudi Arabia”; communicated with the funder, created research proposals, designed questionnaires, evaluated data, and generated reports that were disseminated to Harvard Kennedy School officials, the Saudi Minister, and other high-ranking officials.
• Articulated the vision for what the PhD program is about by communicating with diverse constituencies that ranged from prospective students and colleagues to university competitors and prospective funders of research grants.
