▪ Initiate communication with the supplier for any new sample request under sales
team supervision.
▪ Maintain a feedback loop between the sales team and the supplier until project is
approved by the client or the project is killed.
▪ Support sales team in all tasks and activities related to sampling and technical
 projects, providing technical know-how when needed.
▪ Create a “Project Sheet” for each requested sample for tracking purposes.
▪ Update CRM following all client-related sampling / technical project activities.

▪ Create and update customers database (CRM) with all required information.

utilize correct resources.
▪ Organize laboratory samples and materials.
▪ Revise company sales and purchases and compare them with the actual numbers.
▪ Monitor customer forecast versus actual orders and provide statistics on sales
