Primary Point of Contact in a top Value-Added Distributor of technology solutions covering the Levant region. Duties include:
-Managing the distribution of Leviton (Cabling Systems & Accessories) products.
-Effectively building, owning and presenting the related vision, roadmap, key KPIs and business plan.
-Definition of Go-To-Market strategy and key sales collaterals in collaboration with Marketing Team.
-Establishing presence in new regional markets while ensuring revenue and channel growth.
Handling the distribution of a wide portfolio of Cisco (Enterprise Networking, Collaboration / Applications, Data Center / Cloud, Security, etc.) and Leviton solutions in Lebanon and Iraq.
Intense communication and coordination among the vendors and a large network of channel partners.
Supporting resellers in closing valuable deals and projects, thus exceeding multi-million dollar quotas.
Managing and maintaining professional relationships with reseller partners and account stakeholders to establish long-term profitability.
Delivering accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits and pipeline development reports.
Developing pricing strategies and identifying new leads and growth opportunities.
Working closely with both vendor and resellers to drive the strategy and positioning of new innovative technologies.
Organizing product training and seminars for partners on a regular basis.
Guiding resellers on partnership registration, renewal procedures, certifications and programs.
Served in a leading Technology Consulting firm delivering services for customers in the Middle East and Gulf region. Duties included:
Identifying the client's business and technical requirements leading to the design of state-of-the-art IT and cloud solutions.
Developing professional RFP, RFI, and RFQ response documents for government and public tenders.
Writing proposals that included: project framework, technical solution design (network topology & system architecture), PM methodology and timeline, SLA documents and deliverables.
Preparing effort and cost estimation compiling the resources (manpower, equipment, subcontracts, overheads, etc.) allocated for project execution.
Delivering technical presentations demonstrating the alignment of technology with the customer's business objectives.
Involved in enterprise-wide consultancy projects: IT Strategy, Disaster Recovery, Data Center Relocation, IT Transformation, Infrastructure Assessment among others.
Discovery of IT environments & Data Center Facilities to include: gathering of requirements, conducting meetings with customer and generating assessment reports.
GAP analysis and strategy development considering the transition to future-state architectures based on global IT standards and best practices.
Involved in sales prospecting including opportunity qualification, competitive analysis, solution feasibility and pricing strategy.
Internship in the frame of the "Optical Fiber Implementation" project in collaboration with the Lebanese Ministry of Telecommunications, inter-connecting all switchboards and backbones with Optical Fiber.
