Manage ProCons' channel partners across the MENA region
1- Help customers implement SAP Business One to grow and become more profitable
2- Establish and develop business relationships with current and potential customers
3- Create business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
1- Present, promote and sell Addresscope services
2- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
3- Manage all operations in UAE
1- Sell ConversionStack and train customers on using the platform
2- Support clients on daily basis ensuring they use the platform according to their tailored needs
3- Manage the ConversionStack project and ensure milestone completion on time
1- Maintain, improve and deliver accurate, high quality information for the Bloomberg Terminal (Responsible for a portfolio of 692 stocks)
2- Assist the client support helpdesk with escalated client inquiries by spending 8 hours per week resolving tickets
3- Manage large and complex data projects related to Equity Fundamental market or industry-specific datasets (Automation of Arabic financials and fixing Egypt’s Stock Exchange data)
4- Liaise with other departments, such as Product, Sales, News, Research and Engineering to enhance relevant product databases and functionality
