Risk assessment and knowledge broker responsibility
• Identifying key audit risks including the instances where financial statements do not
reflect the economic substance of the transactions or where the accounting is
inaccurate.
• Discussion of the audit approach, business risks and significant risks identified at the
risk assessment stage of the engagement specially by performing analytical review
procedures with the clients.
• Review of financial statements and demonstrate thorough knowledge on application
of national accounting principles (LKAS), International Financial Reporting Standards
(IFRS).

Roles and Responsibilities
• Preparation of management reports (Financial statements)
• Liaise with banks (LC's, BONDS), auditors, government institution and company secretarial
• Manage the company Cash flow.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Monitor company payment to ensure all payment and liabilities discharge after the company predefined credit period and following standard procedures and approval.
• Facilitate Swift monthly closure.
• Prepare WHT return and upload to the System.
• Assist to the company sales and invoicing process with IFRS 15
Review of and reporting on the accuracy, timeliness, relevance and companies with
the applicable financial reporting framework (LKAS, SLFRS) of the financial and the
other information provided to the management for decision making.
• Assisting checking the accuracy reported results of Key Performance Indicators
(KPI’s) of the companies.
• Reporting to the director/assistant manager on all internal audit activities covered as
per audit programmed, and suggested controls, based on leading best practices
whenever necessary and monitoring management’s responses and subsequent
implementations.
• Assisting Assistant manage - Internal Audit in executing special investigation into
allegation of fraud, waste and abuse, compliance check with policies and regulations
and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Reporting monthly, quarterly & annual performance to the
Planning, developing and monitoring strategies to achieve team objectives of
individual engagements (Such as deadlines, quality, and pre-defined recoveries
limits of audit fee and cost controls).
• Directing, supervising and reviewing team member’s work ongoing basis.
• Experience: Non-Financial Audit services - Solvency tests for dividend
distribution (Special purpose audit) and agreed upon procedures.
