• Responsible in generating feasible production schedule based on the operating plan to provide instructions for operations, covering capacity utilization, polymer grade availability and packaging requirement.
• Ensure that there is an uninterrupted supply of finished products and raw materials per approved production schedule.
• Generate a 3-month production rolling plan based on the 3-month sales forecast given by Commercial group.
• Capture events; assess the impact that may affect the schedule; revise the schedule as necessary and communicate the changes to relevant parties to provide instructions and guidance to all concerned parties.
