I have prepared and delivered a report on 'Civilian Oversight of Turkish Internal Security Forces' which covers how to audit Police, Gendarmerie and Coast Guard by Administrative Superiors and by the people.
I have 32 years of experience within the Turkish Gendarmerie. I have executed commanderships at every level from company to brigade, from district to Regional Command and at the General headquarter from project officer to director, maneger and head.
I have performed duties security and public order, border protection and staff duties.
As Senior Military Attache to Rome I have managed military relations between Turkey and Italy. Also I have played principal roles on procurement of equipment needed by Turkish Military by benefiting Diplomatic priviliges. I was arranginig cooperation between Turkish Gendarmerie and Italian Carabinieri. I was also acting military and security advisor to the Ambassador.
I have established Gambia Gendarmerie Training School and reorganized Gambian Gendarmerie. I was also consultant to the President and Minister.
The Arned Forces Staff Officier Diploma means PhD on International Joint Military Operations. It covers Allied Army, Navy, Airforce and Security Forces international joint operations.
