Heading the ALDO accessories retail stores operations in UAE market consisting of 34 stores and driving the top line of over AED 65M.

* Responsible for overall financial results & operations of the wholesale center. Handled the large-scale retail operations of annual business exceeding US$ 55 millions from retail space of 100000 sq ft with a team size of over 200.
* Sales achievements against forecast numbers. Prepare and participate in the preparation of sales budgets and ensuring the profitability of store.
* Inventory Control - Review and analyze stock and sales reports monitoring over and under stocks, implementing corrective action to be taken. Review and effectively implement necessary action for aging stock. Controlling the stock damages & shrinkages.
* Co-ordinate with Field Operations Team, for sales and to ensure that the customer’s requirements are being served well.
