• Prepare report (Monthly report, issue discount voucher and gift voucher) daily, monthly as per procedures.
• Monitor the CCD, customer service and cash till to see that supervisor deliver and guide the team to deliver exemplary customer service.
• Controlling Customer Flow and to assist the customer to the available cashier line
• Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints and give solution
• Help Cashier/ when cashier busy or needed assistant
• Checking the report from all cashier line and making staff schedule
• Maintaining all Cash Line asset such as Stock Card, Shopping Bag, Paper roll, etc
• Making order such as shopping bag, paper roll for various manufactures & suppliers corresponding to the purchase order on monthly basis.
• Make Evaluation for all staff
• Check all reconciliation for money cheque, Voucher and Credit Card too
• Checking for all the reconciliation for the bank and follow up also for change
