Conducting Pre-Qualification for Contractor Safety to select contractors that meet minimum safety requirement. Check the submitted safety documents, evaluate all aspects in their safety management system such as management review, audit/ inspection, fit for duty, risk assessment, incident investigation, industrial hygiene monitoring, equipment maintenance & certification, etc. Visit the company to ensure the actual/consistently of their safety system implementation. Issue the CHESM certificate for the contractor. Facilitate Pre-Job Review. Ensure if the contractors have safety plan before performing the jobs. Develop agreed safety KPI and communication plan between contractors and contract owners Conducting CHESM Interim and Post Review. Evaluate the implementation of the safety plan, review what has been done if it meets with the expectation or maybe need improvements, and then issue the CHESM certificate for the contractor

Some cases has been facilitated were battery fire incident that make shutdown platform, UV fire detector fired, fuel overflow on the fuel ship, vessel entering restricted area, contractors violence etc. RCA Facilitation trainers for supervisory level. a incident investigation coordinator with role to communicate with HES manager and IIR process advisor to define the investigation level of any incident / near miss based on its actual and probable consequences, to advice the proper investigation facilitator, to review the investigation quality and to ensure if the investigation result is documented in IMPACT (safety website application) As the internal auditors for the implementation of company standard process and government of Indonesia regulations which is usually for Incident Investigation and Reporting, Motor Vehicle Safety, Industrial / Occupational Hygiene, and Contractor Management System. The internal audit is conducted 3 times a year in different areas of the company Voluntary as HES Specialist replacer for they who takes vacation particularly for West Seno fields (Deep Water) and take the chance to as much possible to learn the safety process Assigned as HES Specialist replacer for Deep Water Bangka Development projects for 3 months (Oct - Dec 2014) in Asgard Drill Ship and take the chance to as much possible to learn the drilling safety

Responsible to deployed and monitor the safety program for Supply Chain Management (SCM) department. Ensure all the managers to team managers, team leader, group leader, employee and also contractors are take the responsibility to do their mandatory task such as BBS observation, housekeeping, inspection etc. As the safety contact person and conduct regular inspection with management level for all activities under SCM group i.e. : transport (land - air - water), fuel transportation, office and housing maintenance, warehouse, and food recreation and accommodation including conduct investigation if happened.
Worked in Information Management group. As the only person to socialize, communicate and deploy SharePoint as the tools for workers collaboration tools in East Kalimantan area (1500 employee/ contractors). The tools is used to share the document with specific privilege and managed version (replacing classic share folder), to route the documents (workflow), place to record all meetings etc.
Successfully to lead the company website project. It is to update and combine Chevron and Unocal websites by developing self managed website. Previously the website were required programmers help to update and then after the project, the customer (admin from all departments) can update the website through Content Self Management System. Still used until now (Feb 2016)
