• Spearheaded the expansion of digital payment adoption from 3K beneficiaries in January to 200K by October,
achieving comprehensive coverage of all Erbil entities and the largest deployment in Dohuk within 10 months.
• Developed a Python-based scripts to streamline payroll preparation, significantly reducing time and complexity for

• Authored comprehensive Payroll Manuals in English, Kurdish Nawandi, and Kurdish Kurmanji, facilitating smooth
