- Assuring soon to expire contract Renewal.
- Approaching previous clients to recapture lost maintenance contracts.
- Defending current portfolio.
- Building long term relationships with clients from all sectors (Governmental, Private).
- Reporting Client Satisfaction surveys to Service Management.
- Generating repair proposals and payments collection arrangement.
- Communication with different departments (purchase, service, call center.
- Executing any other request by Service management as per company policy.
- Promoting and Selling Sanyo Yusoki Kogyo Japanese lifts & Orona Spanish Lifts.
- Preparing Technical Specifications.
- Assuring desired product compliance as per EN81-1 Standards.
- Offering after sales services.
- Request bank guarantees and following up with pending ones.
- Building long term relationships with clients from all sectors (Governmental, Private).
- Drawings Specifications assurance before reporting to management for approval.
- Conducting Site surveys and preparing checklist.
