Responsibilities
• Handle all financial operations in the company;

Responsibilities
• Responsible for EMEA Commissionaire structure in Tax department;
• Prepare and review the monthly commission fees in line with transfer pricing regulations and commissionaire agreements for the legal entities across EMEA;
• Use specific financial systems to pull the necessary sets of data required in the calculation process;
• Analyze forecasted revenue and operating expenses for each entity - key financial indicators in the commissionaire rate setting process;
• Investigate and explain forecast to actuals variances by Revenue and Operating Expenses categories;
• Perform monthly checks of cost center hierarchy and review the activity that flows through these to ensure compliance with commissionaire agreements;
• Close collaboration with Accounting - FP&A to ensure completeness and accuracy of data;
• Review and approve commission fee bookings to the local statutory accounts;
• Report and comment on quarterly results;
• Review operating income for commissionaire entities and explain when not in line with targets;
• Point of contact regarding operation of commissionaire structure across EMEA;

• Perform necessary steps for project set-up in SAP per the contract with client;
• Prepare and report main project financials in SAP and General Ledger - Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet;
• Revenue and Cost accounting - book journals for accruals/deferrals, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and HP’s policies during project lifecycle;
• Work with Project Managers for building forecast and budget of the projects.
• Month, Quarter and Year End Close process - performing reconciliations and monitoring aged items for correct reporting of P&L and BS;
• Order and billing Management - order booking in SAP and customer invoicing;
• Handle 3rd party procurement process in close collaboration with Project Manager or Account Delivery Manager on customers’ site;
• Respond to external audit queries related to the projects.
