 Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll of Kuwait, Qatar, & KSA; for over almost 6000 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions.
 Approves leaves (Annual Leave, Sick Leave, etc.) from every department and calculate the leave amount according to accrued leave and as per Kuwaiti, Qatar, & KSA Labor Law.
 Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, budget and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports, overtime, leave balances, head count, and retirement contribution reports).
 Preparing Final Settlement or End of Service benefits of all employees who wish to resigned/terminated the contract in the company in accordance in the Labor Law of Kuwait, Qatar, & KSA.
 Preparing monthly report for payroll of Kuwait, Qatar, & KSA.
 Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization and adherence to company policy including compliance with Labor Law of Kuwait, Qatar, & KSA regulations.
 File keeping of all employees’ information with regards to Payroll Section.
