My role focuses on supporting and optimizing vehicle assembly operations by providing daily technical assistance, analyzing production performance, and implementing process improvements. It involves developing and standardizing work instructions, conducting time studies and ergonomic assessments, and supporting new model introductions. The position also manages production equipment and tooling, ensures compliance with quality and ISO standards through root‑cause analysis and CAPA, and upholds safety and environmental requirements. Collaboration across Production, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering is essential, along with training operators and line leaders on new processes and equipment.

My role oversees daily molding and polymer processing operations by managing manpower, machine utilization, and workflow to meet production targets while maintaining quality through in‑process checks, defect analysis, and adherence to ISO and IATF 16949 standards. It includes coordinating equipment troubleshooting, mold changes, and preventive maintenance, as well as driving process improvements to reduce scrap and optimize cycle times. The position leads and develops operators and technicians through training, coaching, and performance evaluation, while enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and promoting strong 5S practices. It also requires preparing production reports, documenting downtime, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and communicating operational issues and improvement opportunities to management.
