Logistics Manager (May 2009—present)

Logistics operation & team work:
Reporting to GM, managing & leading the logistics team to achieve goals.
Overall in charge of the day to day operations of logistics dept.
Planning monthly / weekly job schedule.
Conducting weekly / monthly meeting with the sales dept. to measure and evaluate the logistics performance and productivity.
Supervising all the purchase orders & sales orders processing, ensuring all requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Supervising all the L/C received & issued, ensuring each documentation is accurately processed. Communicating with bank for L/C discrepancies.
Negotiating with bank on credit extension loan and annual interest.
Training the logistics team, including documentation, shipping knowledge, INCOTERMS, MIRSAL II, supply chain management etc.
Collaborating & communicating with other departments in company.
Communicating with shipping lines, Dubai Customs, DP world and maintain the relationship with above sections.

Key person in ORION ERP implementation job, which quickly and dramatically improves Supply Chain Management and achieves a number of significant achievements.
Assist company to set up warehouse management standards, as well as supply chain management work flows.
Involved in business risk evaluation, updating the operation procedure & guidelines.
Managing inventory control, assisting sales team to make the right decision on specific items.

as Sales Executive:
Managing all the enquiries and quotations.
Coordinating with customers, communicating & negotiating with clients on prices, products and others, successfully finalize on signing sales contract.
Supervising the production, ensuring production schedule can catch the shipment date.
Monitoring & following up customer accounts, billings and collections.
Ensuring high-quality customer experience, elevating customer satisfaction.
Coordinating with shipping lines, trucks, customs and other sections.
Export documentation, including Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, inspection certificate & L/C execution etc.
Adhering to the timelines and work processes and thus managing cost-effective operations.
