1. Support an interdisciplinary design team to facilitate BIM collaboration, model creation, and final drawing packages.
2. Create BIM model templates and supporting BIM standards to promote project BIM standards and modeling consistency across teams.
3. Work closely with the modelers and Engineer to help deliver quality project deliverables, support progress updates, and quality audits.
4. Provide ProjectWise start-up and provide oversight and mentoring to project team.
5. Develop project/client specific BIM standards, checklist, and drawing production quality control/assurance procedures.
6. Perform Quality Control reviews such as clash detection using Navisworks and visual inspection of models.
7. Coordinate Electrical/ELV services with other MEP, Architectural, Structural & Infrastructure.
8. Review Vendor families to incorporate in the model.
