The section is responsible for producing all the required Spare parts for the whole factory, the section has three major divisions lathing& milling, Steel Structures, Fitting and assembly division.

Key Responsibilities:
 Direct and command manufacturing section, establish Section procedures, ensure high quality of products & operations. Ensure products conform to customer & quality standards.
 Establish, execute and update the production plan in coordination with maintenance, operations, sales and purchase sections.
 Collaborated with QC & technical office to maintain the product quality, as per international standards.
 Applying lean-manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity & rigorously improve processes thus ensured maximum utilization of machines, materials & labor to produce the required product with competitive cost and adherence to international standards.

Accomplishments:
 Reorganize the machines layout in the workshop to ease the product movement & reduce the wasted time in transportation.
 Successfully manufacturing of many spare parts which were imported from abroad before.

 Trouble-shot production line, thereby achieving continuous & improved business performances, including identifying and fixing huge waste in raw material (pulp), resulting in saving 800+ kg daily of raw material.
 Analyzed quality control reports to discover a breakdown in the production line, which affected the quality of the final product. Efficaciously fixed it locally thereby saving cost and time (Earlier fixing would be done in Italy).
