MANUFACTURING SECTION HEAD 2020 - 2023 HADEED Metal Manufacturing
The section is responsible for producing all the required Spare parts for the whole factory, the section has three major divisions lathing& milling, Steel Structures, Fitting and assembly division.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and command manufacturing section, establish Section procedures, ensure high quality of products & operations. Ensure products conform to customer & quality standards.
Establish, execute and update the production plan in coordination with maintenance, operations, sales and purchase sections.
Collaborated with QC & technical office to maintain the product quality, as per international standards.
Applying lean-manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity & rigorously improve processes thus ensured maximum utilization of machines, materials & labor to produce the required product with competitive cost and adherence to international standards.
Accomplishments:
Reorganize the machines layout in the workshop to ease the product movement & reduce the wasted time in transportation.
Successfully manufacturing of many spare parts which were imported from abroad before.
Re-instituted all work procedures in shop floor to ensure full control on operations and stock.
Activate usage of the available ERP system after segregation and correction of the corrupted data.
Effective use of raw materials, Scrap Recycling to use it as raw materials & waste reduction.

Started working with my owned private engineering office for consulting, studying & executing of industrial projects. With full support in all project steps which include and not limited to: studying economic feasibility, importing, designing, fabricating, installing, operation etc.

Played an instrumental role in building bus bar factory along with all machine installation (Up-Cast furnace, extruder machines, Hydraulic Drawing Bench).
Partnered with experts from Italy, India and China to optimize the processes. Liaised with experts from Germany, Netherlands to improve the chemical, mechanical and electrical properties of products.
Engineered enhancements successfully developed the extruder machine to extend product range. Steered innovations to produce different complex profiles of bus bar as per customer requirement.
Successfully instituted production routine for new products in shop floor and in the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities as Senior Production Engineer & ERP Committee Head (2011-2014):
Lean manufacturing and ERP experience owner. Designed new flowcharts & procedures for work to improve process.
Collated reports on monthly & weekly basis for all products, consumed raw materials and averages, machine productivity, time managements, scrap, stock level in the shop floor, to facilitate identification of continuous improvement activities and implement any with significant cost and labor savings.
Trained production staff of different levels (engineers, supervisor & operators) on ADVARIS-ERP system usage & principle.

Presided over day-to-day function and efficiency of the 3 production units, including oversight and assistance in production planning, staff relations, quality improvement, waste reduction, and other facets necessary for success. Reported to the top management.
Functioned as Design Department Head, studied and reviewed projects drawing, collated shop drawing to get approval for it before commencing fabrication.

Designed planning program software for planning department to cover all company works and display progress of all projects & operation across the factories.

Accomplishments:

Trouble-shot production line, thereby achieving continuous & improved business performances, including identifying and fixing huge waste in raw material (pulp), resulting in saving 800+ kg daily of raw material.
Analyzed quality control reports to discover a breakdown in the production line, which affected the quality of the final product. Efficaciously fixed it locally thereby saving cost and time (Earlier fixing would be done in Italy).
