Debenhams.com is a new Website by Alshaya Group serving customers in Kuwait for their fashion and beauty needs. Managing a team of 2 Online Merchandisers.

• Ensuring Debenhams product categories along with displays are optimized for sales and marketing.
• Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility.
• Ensure that the website is in its optimal working condition for customers end-to-end journey to be fluid.
• Place required orders to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands.
• Identify and react upon opportunities for category and product page enhancements.
• To ensure that all pages are effectively merchandised, identifying best sellers, key trends & stories.
• Review web metrics, daily sales, and other performance reports define and activate actions.
• Working closely with the Brand Team, Head of Digital to define, agree and execute sales and promotional plans.
• Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock issues during peak season.
• Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category.

• Recognized for building a new online business from scratch.
• Reporting to the Ecom Head, launched the website generating close to USD 500k since Dec20; month-on month growth over 30%
• Widened assortment by listing 20+ new brands; enabled brands to bid retail space based on online performance.
