Responsible of analyzing root cause and rectifying electrical and control systems
corrective maintenance activities such as wiring and control circuits troubles,
Circuit breakers, instruments failure, calibration … etc.
Evaluating material requisitions, ordering required materials, ensure availability of
critical materials and spare parts.
Make sure all work orders comply
Make sure all work orders comply to safety codes, procedure and maintenance
standards.
Provide reporting to management on a daily and weekly basis and when required.
Organizing routine servicing
schedule.
Leading a working team of
technicians for applying the
maintenance plan activities
from preventive and corrective
maintenance.
Direct and coordinating
maintenance activity carried out
on a plant machines and
equipment.
Responding immediately to
Troubleshoot, Fixing faults and
arranging for replacements to
be installed for equipment
breakdowns.
Dealing with PLC specially
SIEMENS (S7 1500-S7300-S5).
Siemens S5 to S7 1500
migration.
SCADA systems specially
Wonderware InTouch systems.
Dealing with different types of
instrumentation (temp, pressure,
level sensors, mass flow, weight
scale… etc.)Troubleshooting&
Maintenance, Calibration…etc.
Profibus networks.
Motor control center.
Uninterruptible power supply UPS.
Earthling protection System.
Electrical soft starters.
Dealing with different types of
compressors & blowers.
Fire alarm systems.
Familiarity with HVAC systems
Electrical induction motors.
Lighting system.
Hazard area classifications.
