Evaluating material requisitions, ordering required materials, ensure availability of
critical materials and spare parts.
Make sure all work orders comply
Make sure all work orders comply to safety codes, procedure and maintenance
standards.
Provide reporting to management on a daily and weekly basis and when required.

Organizing routine servicing

technicians for applying the

from preventive and corrective

 Direct and coordinating

arranging for replacements to

breakdowns.
 Dealing with PLC specially
SIEMENS (S7 1500-S7300-S5).
 Siemens S5 to S7 1500
migration.
 SCADA systems specially
Wonderware InTouch systems.
 Dealing with different types of
instrumentation (temp, pressure,
level sensors, mass flow, weight
scale… etc.)Troubleshooting&
Maintenance, Calibration…etc.
 Profibus networks.
 Motor control center.
 Uninterruptible power supply UPS.
 Earthling protection System.
 Electrical soft starters.
 Dealing with different types of
compressors & blowers.
 Fire alarm systems.
 Familiarity with HVAC systems
 Electrical induction motors.
 Lighting system.
 Hazard area classifications.
