HR duties and responsibilities:
* HR duties (Insurance, visas, recruiting, interviewing etc.)
* Maintaining portal system, including data management.
* Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and
similar records.
* Handling Employee Concerns, completing termination paperwork and
assisting with exist interviews.
* Maintained highly confidential files including salary administration,
performance evaluations, organizational changes, succession
planning, and engagement activities.
Office Manager duties and responsibilities:
* Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment,
bills, and errands.
* Prepare payment vouchers and transfer payments through
SmartBUSINESS ENBD Portal.
* Organize office operations and procedures.
* Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
* Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord,
ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
* Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service
providers, and office lease.
* Prepare reports/perform review on employees who are involve in
certain projects and keep the management properly informed.
* Establish a historical reference for the office by outlining procedures
for protection, retention, record disposal, retrieval, and staff transfers.

HR duties and responsibilities:

* Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are
tracked in the system.
* Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
* Assist the DCEO (Dubai) and CEO (Lebanon) in dealing with
correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries and
organizing meetings and appointments.
* Work with DMCC Portal in preparing new/renew files and
administering new employment assessments, renewal documents,
licenses, contracts etc.
* Organize all customers contracts, implementing and maintaining
procedures/admin systems.
* Conducting or preparing any research that DCEO/CEO may require,
handle requests and queries appropriately.
Key achievement: Increased office organization in Dubai and Lebanon by
developing more efficient filling system and database.
