•Reviewing of RPL set-up to ensure proper distribution of stocks per location.
•Negotiate with the supplier especially in terms of deliveries like adding frequency of deliveries and special deliveries if needed.
•Ensuring stocks are properly distributed to all 57 branches in the region.
•Store visits and checking of merchandise per store.
•Pick up and deliver stocks if necessary.
•Protection orders whenever there are price increase.
•Monitoring stock level and tracking of deliveries.
