Duties and Responsibilities
 Document Control activities for Engineering, Construction and Vendors, Procurement and Commercial in Modular Capture Vessel (MCV) for Marine Well Containment Company (MWCC) operated by Exxonmobil.
 Responsible for setup of Engineering/Construction Review Workflow in Aconex EDMS.
 Document control of Engineering Master Document Registers(MDR) and Supplier Document registers(SDR)
 Document control of Commercial RFQs, Recommendation reports, Changed Order(COs), Variation Orders(VOs), Site Instructions (Sis), Work Orders(WO).

The generated reports provided details for Primavera (P3) version 2.0b, Project Management software for updating progress, drawings/activities lists for engineering log, schedule of payments, submittal register, turnaround documents with mark-ups from lead engineers of various disciplines.
The database created in different modules were automatically linked and shared (multi-user). Entries i.e. Engineering Review (ERS) codes, revisions, titles of incoming/outgoing transmittals from different sections updates the progress, revisions, drawing titles in the engineering log. Where budget man-hours as per WBS codes validates man-hours in timesheets.
The developed system provided the project and consortium (EBSAK) an efficient management information system. All reports tallied, timely submission, enhanced coordination and reduced manpower costs were the benefits from the system.
