DUTIES:
1.To Plan and raise purchase requisition for all Special Buy-out Items in accordance with the Product Information System (PIS) and/or Contract Change Orders(COO), Customer’s Specification (if any) and Customer Service Department request.
2.Constant follow-up to concerned sections, departments and suppliers, to ensure that Special Buyout items are delivered to Zamil Steel Buyout’s Store or Job Sites within the agreed time frames that will not adversely affect \Manufacturing & Erection Schedules.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for the preparation of Purchase Requisition (PR) for all Special Buyouts, Non-standard items and special paints (primarily touch-up paints).
2.Responsible for creating and assigning SBO part numbers to be used by the Engineering for bill of Materials.
3.Keep records or files the Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order of SBO Items to be used as a reference for follow-up on the status of manufacturing and delivery with the Purchasing Department & Suppliers.
4.Ensures proper records or Materials received are filed.
5.Ensure that Master Fabrication Schedule is updated regularly in regards to Manufacturing and Shipment schedules related to SBO phases.
6.Coordinates with the Customer Service Engineer for Contract Information Form, additional information on Customer’s Specification (if any).
7.Coordinates with Engineering for SBO part no. & technical specification.
8.Coordinates with Purchasing, Quote Estimating Department for SBO Prices.
9.Coordinates with QC Department for SBO items specification
10.Coordinates with Production Section & Sub-contractors for special work of service (i.e. Hot dipped galvanizing gratings fabrication, etc.)
11.Coordinates with Production and Shipping sections for SBO items.
12.Coordinates with Shipping, Finance, Customer Service Departments and the Supplier for SBO delivery scheme and location.
Duties:
1. Plan and Forecast Raw material requirement every month ensuring a sufficient inventory according to the established buffer stock.
2. Leads the Material Controllers, Checkers and Helpers.
3. Assist and deputized the Material & Control Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepares the Monthly Master Raw Material Forecast Inventory Report.
2. Enter Tentative Material List (TMLs) in ERP.
3. Ensures on time submission of the TMLs from Engineering for usage forecasting purposes.
2. Monitor the Monthly Raw Material Orders from Purchasing or Supplier.
4. Consolidates Inventory Report of each Material Controller.
5. Works closely with the Expeditor for urgent Shipments.
6. Coordinates with QA/QC for material inspection; Production for requirement and Loading Schedules; Shipping for Logistics and Delivery matters; Product Research & Development for materials specification and part marks.
7. Deputize the Material & Control Supervisor.
1. First ever Sales and Marketing Officer, who sold and closed a continuous sales on Excess inventory for latex Balloon.
2. Completely sold out balloons to his clientele abroad and arranged shipment during company’s worst struggle.
