American Curriculum (New York State Standards)
The school provides an American style of education, together with Arabic & Islamic studies in a friendly and structured environment. Students are encouraged to be independent both in learning and attitude.

Core Teacher Responsibilities
• Teaching literacy and social science (ELA), numeracy, art, creative expression and financial skills through Classroom Economy
• Implementing New York state curriculum using a range of teaching techniques and materials (multi media: smart boards, document readers and computers/apps: Class Dojo)
• Developing students' interests, abilities and coordination by way of creative activities
• Guiding discussions and supervising group work in class
• Responsible for preparing, administering and marking tests, projects and assignments to evaluate students' progress and recording the results. Also assisting in administering MAP assessments.

• Capacity Building of Private and Govt. Staff community and Resource Mobilization with the help of donors improving database of existing student and teacher data Liaise with all stakeholders to maintain communication and work together on common grounds.

Program outreach: 11 districts of Sindh, supervising program implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation visits, Regular Report writing on program evaluation and activities analysis, Conducting Situation Analysis, Developing School Development Plan, Supervision in development and implementation of Corporate Plan, Continuous Support to all stakeholders, CDG, DoE, Adopters, Conducting seminars and trainings on regular basis for these focus groups. Building liaison with prospective partners as well as facilitating existing one. (British Council, iEARN, Engro, Family Education Services etc.) Supervised and directed development and implementation of School Learning Material via training in eleven districts of Sindh. Travelled extensively across the province for implementation of Program initiatives.

• Planning and implementation of capacity building/training all teachers’ in the southern region. Conducting regular Quality Audits for southern region schools. Liaising with prospective franchisees, teachers, trainers and Head office personnel for efficient running of all school systems.
• Incharge of all documentation and communication for the Academics & Quality Assurance Dept.
• Conducted a cycle of 19 trainings in just one year among 40 schools of the chain with its appreciation, it was replicated at the national level for all Educator schools.
