*Implementation Management System procedure and Policy H.S.E rules and legislation as per the minimum requirements of local and international standard.
*Inspection coordination and providing safety induction and conduct toolbox talks in all workforce and employees.
*Previous experience in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical Plant, Building Structure and Infrastructure Project.

Reports and assist the Safety Manager in overall implementation of approved project HSE program with a primary function of performing continuous monitoring at work site to ensure continuing conformance of field work force with all relevant safety, health and environments programs and other existing pertinent polices. • Ability to work under pressure in difficult situations. • Assist Safety Manager in carrying out his duties and responsibilities and in assumes supervisory and other functions called for on the project. • Assist Safety Manager in conducting full investigation of / incident, including nearmisses .determines probable causes, develops, circulates and enforces appropriate permanent preventive measures. • Liaises with the Client safety representative other plant concerned authorities or contractors on work related safety requirements at work site. • Closely monitor scaffold erection and dismantling work, permit-required c confined space entries, crane work / lifting operations, hot work equipment energization, tie-ins and similar hazardous activities and ensures that all relevant requirements are complied. • Carries out daily site inspection to ensure safe work methods are in operation, adequate fire and fall protection are in place, adequate welfare and first aid facilities are properly maintained, approved tools are being use d and sufficient personal protective equipment provided and properly worn. • Conducts documented Per-Deployment safety Orientation with new site employees or returnees prior to mobilization to project site. • Checks and ensures compliance of site work force with the approved safe work permit system, JSA/JHA, and method of Statements procedure in the plant. • Coordinate to the project management thru his field supervisor, as result of field safety monitoring on. 1. Ways to improve existing work methods to better accident / incident prevention. 2. Identified and foreseen safety hazards which may affect health and welfare of site employees and their execution of work. 3. Areas of concern at site where stricter control is request for an effective loss prevention & loss control. 4. Required changes, supplementary instruction and other safety aspects essential to improve the existing safety program.
Implementation of site safety policies including sub-contractors as per the Clients HSE Policy. • Ensure proper implementation of Tool Box talks, Training, safety motivation at site, Pre task briefing, Control the heavy lift operations and Erection works etc.
• Safety, Health and Environment control and regulations in order to minimized risk of human loss/disability and materials damage. • Ensure a positive attitude with all personnel to ensure the safety standards are complied with continual improvements. • To monitor vehicles movements engaged in construction activities. • Implementation of safety rules while carrying out Heavy lifting and erection, men & material transportation. • Investigation of all accidents, incidents, near misses and advice management to learn pointed. • In emergency act as First Aider and control situation till the victim at safe place. • Implementation of Environmental & pollution control procedures at site. • Ensure that all equipment’s at site has a valid third party certificates. • Ensure that the operatives are competent before they use the plant and equipment’s.
Daily site inspection for potential hazards & report to the project HSE Manager& review control measures & communicate to lower levels. • Training of site supervisors, site engineers on different topic related to Construction Safety. • Leading a key role in near miss accident/incident investigation & formulating corrective & preventive measures. • Review Risk Assessment on regular basis especially on critical activities. • Enforce of site safety discipline. • Enforce discipline action against site safety violation by sub-contractors and workers. • Inspection of Scaffolding material, Ladders etc.to ensure correct erection prior to use. • Inspection and logging of operating certificates for hoists cranes and other lifting equipment’s. • Maintaining safety and security checklist of all operational activities. • Ensure that the permit-to work system is being practice at site. • Undertake weekly environmental inspection of the site.
