o Platoon commander (1994-2001) about 30 individuals under my command and I was responsible of training them at the level and taking care of their admin needs.
o admin officer .(2001) it was a new experience to start a new type of wrk and to implement all basics of administration which I already learned, corporate with all staff, team leader, carry out all the unit's policy in the field, follow up all the procedures in the unit, dealing with the civilian companies to supply my unit with different demands, controlling the movement section .
o company commander (2002-2005) commanding individuals on company level, and support them with their needs and follow their training to reach the task .
o Deputy Battalion commander . (2006) start to establish a new level of experience which include large number og officers and individuals, implement policies and carry out plans on that level .
o Acting Battalion commander (2006) implement the plans and training on the Battalion level and supervising the training plan .
o Evaluation and assessment manager . (2007) I gain all experiances from my previous serving . the positions that appointed in it gave me the opportunity to fill evaluation position . I was responsible with my staff of the evalution all th officers and individuals, to test how mch they accept the concept of training, plans and proficiency that they have along the year .
o Operation and training manager . (2008-2010) to be sure that all the higher task and modifying that plans regarding the changing of the circumstances .
o Management and manpower and supply manager (not appointed) just its was a period I manage all the unit needs from the materials and to compare the real numbers of individuals with the budget . and to ask for any changing in the budget when the units need that from the superior with reasons
