Attending Quarterly Sales Business Plan meetings (SBP meeting) at P&G International Dubai and discussing business plans, promotions, negotiating budgets and other supports and services for successful execution of initiatives. MIS reporting to Management & Procter & Gamble International Operations, Gulf Region, Dubai, UAE.
Analysis & MIS reporting to Management & Procter & Gamble International Operations, Gulf Region, Dubai, UAE.
Sales planning, budgeting, monitoring inventory & procurement for International brands like Gillette, OralB, Braun and Duracell.
Managing financial support given by Procter & Gamble, in the implementation of promotions, rents and other sales processes.
Designing & executing reporting structure in co-ordination with the IT Dept, according to P&G procedures.

Monitoring inventory, moving and non-moving stocks, aging & ABC analysis. Monitoring International franchisee’ operations (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Jordan & UAE).
Invoicing, shipping documentation etc to customers (Franchisees and other international distributors).
Costing of import consignments, coding and creation of item master.
Invoicing, stock control, taking perpetual inventory from time to time, to keep stocks under check.
Cash accounts, Receivable and Payable, Stock and other reconciliations.
Network support to online locations like showrooms, warehouse and workshops. MIS reports of Stock and Sales to management and Financial Controller.
Month-end closing and back-ups of systems.
