• The Job involved Construction of an FPSO, Construction & Installation of FLET, ITA, FLOWLINES & RISERS: This includes Mooring Piles for FPSO, offshore platforms, bridges, mud mats & jacket and flare columns, Flowline Piles, SPOOLS & JUMPERS. Inline Tee Assemblies (ITA)-: this includes Water injection ITA with one Hub (TW1) and with Two Hubs (TW2) respectively, ROV platforms, FLET (Flow line End Termination: Including Production, Gas injection and Water injection FLET (FP1, FG1, FW1 & FW2) respectively. It also included fabrication and installation of wellhead manifolds, monitored and inspected pigging operations.
• Possesses extensive knowledge and experience of mechanical, welding, civil, structural, E&I QA/QC processes and techniques. Reviewed Sub-contractor / supplier quality deliverables for conformance to Clients’ quality requirements and expectations. Participated in preparing and reviewing Material Requisitions, PQP, PEP, ITP, WPS, WQT, Critically Rating assessments and Quality control procedures. Chaired Pre-Inspection Meetings to ensure that the quality requirements and expectations are fully understood and implemented prior to commencement of work activities.
