JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing warehousing facilities and Logistics teams, in terms of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and Spare parts at multiple locations within UAE.
Manage in-bound and out-bound movements of stocks and optimizing distribution channels.
Product distribution, maintain relationship with 3PLs and monitor performance against agreements. Job also requires involvement in new projects on warehousing, storage systems, warehouse layouts and ERP projects.
Warehouse involve storage of temperature sensitive products like ice-creams and related raw materials, my job is to ensure required temperatures are maintained at all time and product is not damaged due to temperature abuse.
Provide quality service to our valued customers by closely liaising with customers and also with supplier and transport companies.
Manage and replenish inventory and stock levels for customers and to ensure min/max level of inventory is maintained according to defined Inventory norms.
Planning and coordinating with various departments within the company on various issues
To implement and improve KPIs for warehouse performance i.e inventory Accuracy, Lot Accuracy, OTIF Local & Exports, Stock Freshness, non-moving and slow moving stocks, Inventory Obsolescence, Warehouse rentals, Logistics freights and number of days Inventory.
Planning coordinating and monitoring the receipts, order assembly and dispatch of goods
Making optimum us of available space and material handling equipment’s efficiently and ensuring quality, budgetary targets and environmental targets are met. Controlling and minimizing all of kinds of wastages and losses and working towards reduction of inventory carrying cost.
Handle inventory of AED 40 million covering 80, 000 sq. ft. area consisting of over 16000 pallets positions. Managing fleet of over 50 vehicles for local distribution and monthly export dispatches of over 140 container loads.
Sharing of regular reports & statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly in various forums like S& OP, Demand review, Production capacity review for analysis
Propose for Liquidation plans and write-off of non-moving & dead Inventory.
Coordinating the use of automated and computerized system of Inventory management and keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate.
Lead and develop the teams reporting, motivating, organizing and encouraging team work within the work force to productivity targets are met and exceeded.
Organizing recruitments and training of staff and as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
Overseeing planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment’s.
Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security of work environment and materials stored.
Having clear understanding of the company’s policies and vision and how warehouse contributes to this, planning future capacity requirements and budgeting for the same.
Handles the entire Supply Chain Warehousing, Logistics & Distribution.
Planning, organizing, executing directing, controlling all the activities of warehouse operations;
To maintain min/max stock level
To ensure strict compliance of FIFO method of stock allocation of Finished Goods & Raw Materials;
Monthly Perpetual Inventory & verification of stock & minimize the stock variance by exercising effective control over the movement of the stock;
Coordination with purchase, production, brand, sales & shipping, accounts & Quality control departments to ensure the smooth store operation;
Timely execution of various sales orders as per shipment schedule;
Generation of various reports and timely submission of the same to the management;
Monitoring movement of the stock & highlighting nonmoving slow moving & dead inventory;
Proposing for liquidation & write-off of dead and nonmoving stock;
Regular follow up with suppliers for material supplies
Follow up with forwarder/clearing agents for export and import shipments, coordination with transporters for deliveries
Booking of Containers for Export Shipments; coordinating with agents for SASO inspections, SGS inspections & IMCO approvals for DG Cargo
Monitoring and evaluating the staff performance & identifying the training needs & providing adequate training in coordination with H.R to improve the overall efficiency of staff and the department
To ensure all the material handling equipment’s, machinery, Vehicles, storage system are in working and good condition all the time.
Working under sophisticated ERP system; WMS SAGE COMPUTER SYSTEM & generating various Brio Reports
Warehouse with VNA racking system & modern handling equipment’s, managing the warehouse with 13000 capacity pallet BIN locations and more than 17000 SKU’s
Manage a workforce of 32 people.
Staff recruitments and Interviewing candidates;
Reporting to Head of Operations Manager & to the Director;
Handling all the activities related to Customs & documentation at Sharjah Airport Free Zone & JAFZA & Dubai Ports &Customs.
I am aware of the HACCP rules & regulation for food safety & prevention & elimination of Hazardous substance.
Responsibilities as Procurement Manager
Responsible for buying best quality equipment’s, goods and services at most competitive prices within shortest possible lead time.
Forecasting levels of demands for services and products to meet business needs and keep an constant check on stocks level’s
Conducting research to ascertain best products in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
Liaising between suppliers, manufacturer’s internal departments and customers;
Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers and building and maintaining good relationship with them;
Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking quality of service provided.

Responsibilities as Store Manager
Stock accounting and Inventory handling of over AED 20 million, over 8000 sku, s
Execution of orders to the customers through stocks from our warehouse as per dispatch schedule mentioned in the dispatch orders.
Conducting monthly stock checks and maintaining 99% stock accuracy;
Regular updating of order status, offer status and inquiry status;
Re-ordering of goods and maintaining minimum level of stock;
Coordinating with the clearing agents for taking quick delivery of incoming consignments;
Coordinating with transporter and organizing dispatches of Goods to the customers from our warehouse.
Coordinate with accounts department for Invoices.
Computerized Inventory management system;
Coordination with Production, Marketing and Sales, Showrooms, Administration and other departments of the company;
