As an Area Sales Manager at Tamkeen international company ( General Supreme ) which is one of top ranked brand on GFK and I'm responsible for :
-oversee the sales, managing the key accounts of western region.
-build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts clients.
-Develop and implement account plans, strategies, and objectives, aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
-Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and conditions, resulting in win-win outcomes for both parties.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
this company is active in electronic and furnishing sales all over Saudi Arabia . reporting to operation manager, i managed 6 Mega store 6 store managers, 12 supervisor, salesmen & women, 13 delivery teams and 6 CRM &cashiers . My responsibilities :
• Ensured smooth running of operation
• assest in handling sales 6 mega stores average 4700 M
• Trained the staff for how to be retailer
• make annual action plan for store
• analysis sales in my store.
• make market feedback .
• applied SOP and Follow it my main achievements :
• make 264% of my target in FEB 2015
