• Responsible for checking WIR thru Zutec System application.
• Responsible for issuing Site Memos, Surveillance and Observation Report.
• Responsible for checking Snaglist and De-snag list of Electrical services.
• Responsible for checking final fix in relation to Electrical & ELV services.
• Responsible for witnessing cable testing for Power and ELV services.
• Responsible for checking of Inspection Request of all electrical works and ensure that documents
being submitted by the contractor shall be provided with sufficient attachments such as system
checklist, Inspection Test Plan, Method of statement, approved plans/shop drawings/load schedule
and approved design/contract drawings.
• Responsible for checking of delivered electrical materials on site, thru MIR - Material Inspection Request.
• Responsible for the checking and inspection of quality of works in compliance to standard electrical practices.
• Responsible for issuing Non-Conformance Report (NCR) if works undertaken deviates from the standard specification and codes.
• Responsible for monitoring of on-going electrical works on site.
• Responsible for the coordination with the subcontractor, to assure that the works being undertaken is in conformity with the approved plans and specifications.
• Conducting asset labeling inspections for the client as a part of the commissioning period.

Inspection of Electrical materials delivered on site based on approved material
submittals.
Coordination with the contractors regarding submission of Inspection Request (IR) for scheduling.
Coordinate to all trade contractors to avoid clashes between different services.
Inspection of all electrical works with the consultant.
Coordinating with the consultant regarding IR’s with comments to prepare for resubmission (revise) and scheduling.

• Inspection of electrical materials delivered on site.
• Checking and testing of available electrical power supply.
• Supervision and assisting in the installation of conduits, wires/ cables underground cable laying, wiring devices and other electrical equipment.
• Termination and testing of the entire electrical system.
• Maintenance and other electrical repair works.
