• Supervising the work of the surveyor assigned in each building (Dry wall /block works partition, floor setting out, ceiling, vanities, lift headboards, staircase, etc.)
• Provides the surveyors all needed as per the request of every site engineer.
• Attending the site inspection being conducted by the Supervision Consultant.
• Doing survey works whenever needed, assist MEP layout location etc.
• Doing as built surveys, area and volume computation.
• Preparing sitting-out coordinates -using civil 3D.

Roads and Infrastructures including sewerage, telephone line, electrical pipe, Pipe culvert and internal roads around villas.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Supervising the works of the General Contractor and Sub-Contractor and conduct inspection in each activity that they request for inspection. Like roads centerlines, layering’s-subgrade, subbase, base course, asphalt, checking the proper location and elevation of water pipe, telephone, electricity and other miscellanies activities concerning on roads construction.
• Officeworks- checking of cross-section, super elevation, transition line and alignments of each road based on plan and actual site condition.
• Reporting to the Assistant Resident Engineer.
• Checking control points. Horizontal and Vertical control to ensure that the bench mark is precise and accurate.

Scoop of works:
Structural works including -Bridges, Underpass, Overpass, Box Culvert, Pipe Culvert, Interchange, Barrier, U-ditch and other miscellaneous for roads construction.

Work Description
• Checking of main controls which establish by the Government Ministry through Global Positioning System (GPS) and Level, then traverse it along the project especially near the structure area.
• Checking all structure points than has been lay out by the Surveyor of the sub-contractor company before and after excavation of structural foundation like bridge, box culvert, overpass, underpass, etc.
• Supervise the surveyor of the sub-contractor on the site for all survey activities like staking out of structural points (horizontal and vertical).
• Alignment of form works and concrete cover to rebar according to design and specification then turn over to the Consultant before concreting.
• Responsible for the accurate determination of layout, dimensions and levels of all the construction activities on site.
• Checking and arranging reports, certificate of surveys, and survey computation of field works, submitting survey documents of approval as required by the Department of Ministry.
• Application of project surveying plan and methodologies construction field.

Scoop of Works.
Making profile of roads X-section, layout of curves, super elevation, and slope stakes. Control the all site works such as earthworks, sub base, water bound base course, culvert, retaining walls, curb stone, asphalting and road sign, markings and other miscellaneous.

Work Descriptions:
• Establishing Horizontal and Vertical Control points within the Project Site, based on the project management of the Ministry of Saudi.
• Layout centreline of the roads, slope stake, super elevation, structure such as pipe culvert, box culvert manhole- ditch and other necessary points which needed levels and coordinates.
• Taking levels of the road bed as per required design in cut and fill, from the suitable materials, sub grade aggregate base course of final asphalt surface.
• Supervise the Earthworks moving group to insure the slope stake of cut and fill and the thickness of sub grade materials.
• Preparing all survey works documents for the approval of Consultants.
• Import and Export Survey data from computer to Total Station respectively.

• Lay out the centerline of roads, pipe, culvert and center fence.
• Making topographic survey and make survey report submitted to the senior surveyor.
• Monitor the cutting and backfilling of roads and lay out the desire layer preparation.
• Lay out and checking the form works needed for bridge, culvert, pipe, retaining wall, fence and other infrastructure
• Preparation of sub grade, sub base, and base course until asphalt preparation.
• Attend joint survey together with the surveyor consultant.
• Making area and volume computation report.
