Responsible for conducting timely preventive
maintenance activities and inspection of the
machines.
Conducts visual inspection and check the
individual functions of the running machines
and diagnose faults or malfunctions using
computerized or other testing equipment to
determine the extent of repair required
Performs corrective maintenance activities,
troubleshooting, and repair of the troubled
machines
Reports defective and damaged parts of the
machine and request for replacement, and
make recommendations regarding extent of
repairs and suggest methods of improvement.
Installs and replaces screw feeders, agitator
mixers, gear box assembly, centrifugal pumps,
and Yanmar pumps, piping connections, and
pneumatic control valves, air compressor, air
dyer, chiller and thermic fluid heater as needed
in the production area
Reads, understands, and interprets mechanical
drawings
Have a strong awareness and attitude towards
workplace health and safety, and follow all
rules and legislation.
