I'm reported directly to the Institute Director. My responsibilities include the following;

* Head of "Cooperative Training Office".
* Student Acquisition Administrator.
* Organizer & Coordinator of Students' Selection Process.
* Staff Development Coordinator & Senior Trainer.
Support the overall business strategy by determining what training is needed to grow and retain the organizational key persons' skills and to fulfill their potential. Such training may include different course such as;
* General Management Skills.
* Building Relationships.
* Dealing With Difficult People.
* Managing With an HR Perspective.
* Project Management Preparation.
* Six Sigma Basics.
* Change Management.
* Time Management.
* Team Building.
* Problem Solving Through Productive Thinking.
Parallel with the Coordination of the "Continuous Learning School", I was responsible for the followings;
• Participate in the institute - Team Building process by conducting personal interviews with new candidates for Job vacancies.
• Work with subordinates as a team leader in a teamwork environment.
• Help analyzing job-related training programs to identify the student's knowledge, skills, and abilities needed
• Organize and participate in the student acquisition process to attract the right candidates.
• Supervise the student selection process using tools like assessment tests, personal interviews...etc.
• Coordinate with training departments for courses' planning and scheduling and provide assist when required.
• Provide information and guidance on matters pertaining to entry requirements and procedures, Institute Programs, courses, policies, procedures, curriculum.
• Supervise the admission and registration process in order to ensure the implementation of Institute policies and procedures as well as a high level of customer service.
• Control enrollment in courses.
• Maintaining student information system, administrative records, perform file auditing, students status tracking, and graduation clearance.
• Follow-up on academic and attendance warnings, grade appeals and dismissals.
• Provide advice to students regarding academic and graduation requirements.
• Respond to students-students and student-academic disputes as well as parents’ issues and concerns.
• Complete and approve forms concerning course or program changes.
I'm responsible directly to the Institute Director. Some of my responsibilities are as follows;
• Coordinate with the sponsoring companies to Identify cooperative training opportunities.
• Supervising the trainees- induction program for the cooperative training.
• Identify the Institute - cooperative Training supervisors.
• Follow up the Distribution process of trainees on cooperative training opportunities.
• Follow up the periodic cooperative training reports.
• Coordinate with the sponsoring companies to provide job vacancies for trainees.
• Follow up graduated students to make sure about their job relevancy and satisfaction.
• Administer the business development process.
• Identify specific opportunities to direct marketing efforts toward particular based practices areas and clients.
• Identify professionals and associations with which the office should connect.
• Assist with the development of proposals and RFP responses; follow up and track proposal success ratio.
• Assist with the planning, organization and execution of activities such as seminars, webinars and client receptions.
• Collaborate with others in the marketing department to ensure integrity of the firm brand.
• Participate in special projects at the behest of Marketing Committee, Executive Committee or the Director of Administration.
• Manage the relation with different governmental as well as Charity organizations to facilitate the Trainees’ acquisition process. These organizations includes - but not limited to - “King Fahd National Center for Employment”, “TAKAT Program for Human Development”, “INSAN Charity Organization”, “King Salman Org. Charitable Housing”.
• Help analyzing job-related training programs to identify the student's knowledge, skills, and abilities needed
• Organize and participate in the student acquisition process to attract the right candidates using different acquisition methods and techniques.
• Supervise the student selection process using tools like assessment tests, personal interviews...etc.
• Administer the process of "Trainees' Retention".
• Supervise the process of "Trainees' Development".
• Supervise the process of "Trainees' Performance Appraisal & Development" by the help and Direct communication with schools' coordinators.
* participate in the "Team Building" process by attending personal interviews with the Candidates for
Instructors' Job vacancies.
* Work with all the instructors as a team leader in a teamwork environment
* Follow-up to all things related to the training process in the school.
* Design schedules for the courses carried out by the school.
* Contribute with the Institute management in providing distinctive training cadres.
* Develop mechanisms to attract trainees.
* Improve and control the quality of the training process.
* Design questionnaires for interns..
* Supervision of the tests and follow-up the certification for all trainees.
• Help analyzing jobs to identify the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed

• Conduct personal interviews with candidates for Training Programs’ scholarships sponsored by governmental ministries and organizations.
• Follow-up to the conduction of the training process as distinct and the required quality.
• Participate in the monthly “Top Management Committee” meetings to discuss several issues regarding any upcoming training contract, updates for the web portal system, initiating new training programs, discussing suggestions and proposals for any problems regarding the managerial as well as the educational issues...etc.

2. Implement the scholarships provided by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and Supervise the graduation projects for the trainees.

Two shifts per day on-board ship in the Engine room to supervise the main engine and the supporting machinery functions.

M.Sc. in "Marine Engineering & Naval Architecture" after discussing my thesis titled "Influence of Ship Hull Form on Sea-keeping Qualities". Before discussing my thesis I've passed six exams in six subjects as follows; - Advanced Marine Structural Analysis. (Good) - Advanced Marine Hydrodynamics (A). (Very Good) - Computer Techniques in the Marine Field (A). (Good) - Probabilities and Statistics. (Very Good) - Advanced Marine Hydrodynamics (B). (Very Good) - Computer Techniques in the Marine Field (B). (Distinction)
Five years of studying in the "Faculty of Engineering", the first year was a preparatory year in which I've studied general engineering subjects like; Mechanics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Machine Drawing, ..etc Through The rest four years, I've studied specialized subjects in the field of "Mechanical Engineering" as well as "Marine Engineering & Naval Architecture".
