- Provide affordable technical training plans to different mega projects in Saudi Oger Co.
- Provide successful training projects to ARAMCO service providers.
- Design and provide some ARAMCO sides with affordable/successful trade tests.
- Search, analyze and select suitable curriculums, syllabuses and courses according to standards and to meet (market, project, client) needs
- Define a meaningful recruiting mechanism of training staff
- Design/plan, manage, execute, control and audit a healthy environment training unit/organization
- Evaluating learning Impact “after training project”
- Design and execute a staff development plan based on TNA and standards.
- Executing multi-models of training contracts (free-lancer, OJT, training ended by employment, cooperative training, nonprofit and profit)
