- Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily management of a team of employees to include reporting, hiring, motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counselling, training, and problem solving.
- Monitors all activity within SC & Customer Service and Ensures Audit compliance
- Runs daily/weekly reports to ensure compliance and KPI target reach.( SAP Software ).
- Assigns actions within the team dealing with delivery failures and complaints with Timely release of credits/debits/returns (pricing and delivery queries only).
- Proactively investigates potential issues with the aim to reduce invoice adjustments( Cost Saving )and an escalation point for any issues arising within the CS team.
- Daily working activities with all Supply chain department (WH, Logistics, Planning, Operations, , , Etc ) to insure 100% CFR in monthly biases.
- Part of customer delight project with all Olayan Companies (improve service level, Increase CFR, solving Related issue And meeting with customers monthly).
- As total Saudi SC leader I meet with customers in monthly and weekly biases specially the top Key account ( Nahdi, Panda, Dawaa pharmasies, Danoub And bin Dawood) I manage their accounts and work directly with the customers to improve the KPI’s and Service level and the relation.
