* Responsible for managing Information Technology enterprise business (Data Center Solutions & 3 Ph UPS’s)

* Responsible for detailed monthly reports issuance to analyze order intake, profitability versus planned values, hit rate, forecasted cash flow and propose action plans for weakness points.

* Responsible for project planning in terms of production scheduling, raw material & required components availability, LC’s, different types of LG’s issuance and expiry dates, export batches, shipping and vessels booking, custom duties drawback and sales taxes exemption.
* Responsible for projects execution follow-up till client delivery via contacting different departments such as design office, logistics, warehouse, production, purchasing, sales, marketing, research & development, quality assurance, finance, cost control and other Schneider subsidiaries which are acting as suppliers.
* Responsible for periodical progress reports preparation, which monitors actual progress & profitability against planned values including closing report to include all positive and negative points through the project.

* Compact substations for Iraq rehabilitation - Iraq, 6.4 M USD.
* Responsible for isolation planning for any defected equipment "0.4 & 6.6 & 220KV".
* Responsible for preparing feed back experience reports after outage.
* Responsible for developing electrical systems operating procedures
* Responsible for projects tendering according to technical specifications for equipments such as (R.M.U., Transformers, Distribution Boards, ATS., UPS., Generators, dimming Systems, Fire Alarm, etc ..)
* Responsible for projects follow up to get customer satisfaction and company profitability.
