1. Prepare the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing,
and other transactions
2. Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
3. Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
4. Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
5. Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
6. Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers
and statutory organizations.
7. Prepare and reconcile monthly Tax inters entries, Assist in meeting Tax Compliance including,
Annual Corporate Tax Filings and Monthly Sales Tax Filings.
8. Calculation of product costs, calculation of product manufacturing rates and cost input on the
accounting program.
9. Inventory control and purchases order.
10. Appropriate support for the Department of Human Resources.
11. Supervising staff.
