 Provide regular, accurate and appropriate status updates and communication to sponsors and stakeholder group ensuring that any associated risks, issues or changes are recognized, understood and managed, with the appropriate escalation when necessary.

 Maintain the Pre-Sales, projects delivery and planning activities for VNA, PACS, RIS and Patient Engagement solutions in the medical sector.
 Prepare cost-effective proposals and consistently strive to improve the efficiency and accuracy of proposal generation.
 Assist our sales team and channel Partners on proposals and solutions to Customers.
 Prepare system sizing based on the solution defined with the collaboration of TPE.
 Specify and manage the delivery of consulting services like but not limited to, POCs, Plans of installation, Configuration & optimization and migration.
 Work closely with customers to understand their business and technical pain points and help them with solutions.
 Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.
 Manage the transition phase from pre-sales to project execution after awarding.
 Prepare scope of work, Preliminary solution architecture.

 Manage and Track the yearly budget of the emirate for the network infrastructure development projects.
 Act as the second stage on the escalation matrix for all the infrastructure expansions required to avail the service to the end business/home users.

 Acting as IT Application Specialist for Reporting Medical Solutions based on Voice Recognition (Dragon, PowerScribe, Enterprise Express Text and Voice).
 Technical Support Lead and Point of contact to all our local (SEHA Hospitals in Abu Dhabi, MOH Hospitals in Dubai & NE) and global (Qatar, KSA, Jordan, Lebanon) customers.
 Collect business requirements, workflows analysis and design.
 Assist with the project plan and all its activities.
 Implementing and configuring the server from scratch starting from the Raid Configuration, Operating System and Voice Recognition System Components.
 Check and confirm the Integration availability with other systems, front and back end integration (Desktop Integration and HL7 Integration).
